Here’s how it works for donors around Cleveland: you call or submit our quick online form, we confirm your pickup details and a time window, and then you simply leave the signed Ohio title and keys with the car. In-city locations like downtown, Ohio City, or University Circle usually see pickups within a few business days. Addresses farther out toward Lorain County, Geauga County, or rural areas may take a bit longer due to routing, but we’ll set clear expectations so you know when to expect the tow truck.
3. Prepare your Ohio title and keys for the driver
Before pickup, locate your Ohio title and remove your license plates. Sign the title where indicated for a sale/transfer in Ohio; if you’re not sure where, we’ll talk you through the correct section. Place the signed title and keys in a secure spot you’ve told us about — like under a floor mat or with a front desk — so the towing partner can complete the handoff even if you’re not home.
4. Clear access so a tow truck can reach your car
